Shipping and Handling

NoFearMX.com endeavors to ship purchases of in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We ship via UPS. Available options include Standard Ground, Second Business Day and Next Business Day. If you select Second Business Day or Next Business Day, then your order must be placed by 12:00 noon Pacific Time to qualify. Standard Ground delivery packages should arrive at your door within four to six business days after your order has been processed at NoFearMX.com.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow approximately five business days for delivery.

Delivery schedules are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

Shipping Locations or Addresses

Each separate address, including giftee addresses, you instruct us to ship to will be considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping charges.

NoFearMX.com cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Currently, we cannot service orders placed from or shipped to outside the United States or Puerto Rico. We do, however, have a list of International Dealers that carry No Fear MX products. Please use the Dealer Locator to find the store nearest you.

Some items available on NoFearMX.com require special handling. These items will be specified at time of ordering. A cutomer service representative will contact you with exact shipping costs prior to order fulfillment.

Payment Methods

NoFearMX.com accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

No checks, cash or CODs can be accepted at this time.

Your billing address at NoFearMX.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders placed within California. The applicable sales tax rate for all orders within California is 7.5%.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our goal at NoFearMX.com. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange, subject to item availability.

All return, credit and/or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your shipment date.

All NoFearMX.com purchases include information and instructions for exchanging, replacing or crediting an item. All returned items must be accompanied by a properly completed return form. Failure to include this form will delay return processing.

All returns will be credited with the original form of payment (i.e., on the same credit card). Your credit card account will be credited upon our receipt of the returned item, and your credit should appear on your next statement. An E-mail notification will be sent to you confirming our receipt of your returned items.

If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of No Fear MX or issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery.

Changes to Orders

Order changes may be made if the order has not yet been released for shipment. Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by speaking with our customer assistance representatives at 866-Pure-MX1 (866-787-3691), or by e-mailing us at customerservice@nofearmx.com.
